Our focus at Point Cook Real Estate is to provide the highest level of customer service to landlords and tenants.

Kellie Bemmetts in the role of Business Devlopment and Leasing Manager liaises with landlords through the initial leasing phase and provides updates on the progress of searching for a tenant. Kellie will make recommendations to improve the "rentability" of a property as well as strategies to achieve the best possible service.

The Leasing Team provides a six-day a week service, allowing prospective tenants greater flexibilty to view properties. Their specific role is to show prospective tenants through available properties, to process applications and conduct on-going condition inspections. The result is a faster turnaround time and reduced vacancy period.

Our Portfolio Managers are responsible for the day to day management of properties and are the contact for both Landlord and Tenant during the tenancy period. Jane Cliff manages properties located exclusively in Sanctuary Lakes and Jaimie-Lee Keating and Sharon Young manage Properties in two geographically contained areas in Point Cook. "Micro" scale management enables greater awareness of properties within individual portfolios ensuring prompt action and increased customer service.
