No mean feat for an agent in the Townsville Regional Area competing with agents from the dynamic centres of Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
Craig's record is second to none. Armed with his desire to help his clients achieve their goals, he has become an industry leader in his field.
Craig is a full member of the R.E.I.Q. and Mortgage Institute of Australia (MIAA). He also runs and operates a successful Mortgage Broking Company, Loan Market.
Kim Nimmo
Kim has joined the NPA Team as a Personal Assistant to Craig Whaley (Director) and to assist in the Administration for the new Head Office which has relocated to Melbourne.
Kim is a motivated and enthusiastic professional who is looking forward to her challenging position.

Jodie McLean - Mackay
Jodie started Real Estate when she left school at 18 as a Receptionist. She moved into Property Management for 4 years and then began her sales career for a period of 6 years until she started her family.
Jodie and her husband Steve are the current owners of their own Muffin Break Franchise in Mackay. Previously owning two stores in the Mackay area, the McLean's sold one store and Jodie returned to her real passion - real estate, spending the last 12 months working back in Property Management.

Simon Newman - Toowoomba
Simon has been running the NPA property investment office servicing Toowoomba and surrounds since mid 2007. Simon is a local resident of Toowoomba and is firmly focused on providing investors with specialist property investment expertise.
Simon is an astute investor in his own right who, with the assistance of Director Craig Whaley, used property investing as a tool to achieving full home ownership by the age of 30. Michael Andrae - Canberra

Brad Nightingale - Brisbane North
Brad has recently joined the New Projects Australia team to open the Brisbane North office. After a career in operational management roles and human resources, Brad decided it was time for a change. Some successful property investment decisions in the past convinced him that a career in property was a logical next move.
NPA's national network and commitment to ongoing client service convinced Brad they were the right team to join. He has been able to successfully combine his communication and people skills, with experience gained from managing a Melbourne based mortgage and finance broking firm.

Craig Younghusband - Port Macquarie/ Middle East
Craig has recently joined NPA and will be running the Port Macquarie Branch in New South Wales. He believes that integrity, honesty and trust are core values that he lives by. These will form an integral part in the way he will deal with his clients to build successful property portfolios.
Craig is a Licensed Real-estate agent, which he obtained through the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales. He has personally been investing in property since 2002 and appreciates and values sound property investment advice. Personally investing through NPA in Townsville in 2007, gave Craig the confidence to know that NPA's professional property investment advice, gives excellent results when followed correctly. Formally a Superintendent Electrical Engineer, Craig has worked in 4 different countries on Expatriate contracts with BHPBilliton and Rio Tinto Alcan. One of his goals will be to educate people from the Middle East, on how to invest and create wealth through professional property investment strategies.

Mark Tyrell - North Queensland
Mark has had an extensive finance career spanning 22 years. He has held branch manager roles in the banking system here in Australia as well as varied roles with a number of overseas merchant banks.
